Step 02

TRAINING

You're Not Just Starting a Church. You're Joining a Movement.  Approved planters don't get a handbook—they get a brotherhood. We connect you with established church planting networks and local leaders who have walked this path before.


Through specialized training cohorts and one-on-one mentorship, you'll be plugged into an ecosystem of support designed to sustain you and your family for the long haul. Together, we are stronger.

COACHING

Expert Guidance for Your First Year. The first 12 months are the most critical in a church plant’s life. To ensure you have a firm foundation, every one of our planters is paired with two of our lead pastors for a full year of one-on-one coaching.


Whether you’re navigating the logistics of a launch or the spiritual weight of leadership, you’ll have a direct line to mentors who are committed to your health, your family, and your mission. You carry the vision—we’ll help you carry the load.

LAUNCH

The Moment the Doors Open. There is nothing quite like the electricity of a Launch Day. After months of preparation, prayer, and partnership, the moment finally arrives when your vision becomes a reality for the people in your community.  We aren’t just preparing you for a start date; we are celebrating the birth of a new spiritual home where lives will be changed forever. The journey is long, but the reward is eternal.
